¶ 1 This is an appeal from the November 5, 2002 order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County transferring venue from Philadelphia County to Delaware County. *fn2 On appeal, Appellant contends that transfer of venue to Delaware County was inappropriate since (1) one or more of Appellees had sufficient contacts with Philadelphia County, (2) one or more of Appellees waived their right to challenge Appellant's chosen place of venue, and (3) the trial court abused its discretion and/or misapplied the law. We affirm.
